An initiative in the shape of a club has begun at the ODC. This club combines philosophies of popular Leadership and Communication development clubs and trained evaluators to provide multifaceted development for future leaders. Membership is currently open for ODC employees and will soon be for all employees across Chandigarh center. Members of this club are expected to further develop required skills by trainings & experiential learning opportunities. This will lead to optimum communications through different mediums we use as a global company, such as email, webcam etc. The club will start with 25 volunteers and has expectations to grow over the years.
